Youth Martial Arts

Discover martial arts in a welcoming environment. Our classes are designed to ensure your safety and well-being while teaching you the fundamentals. We aim to instill our core tenets of Courtesy, Integrity, Self-Control, Perseverance, and Indomitable Spirit in every student. Our focus is on building self-confidence and physical skills in our students.

  • Our youth martial arts program is open to children aged three and up, with experienced instructors who are also early childhood educators. We aim to ensure our lessons are age-appropriate and build each student’s fundamental martial arts skills.

Self- Defense

Our approachable classes and workshops teach self-defense skills and prevention methods. We focus on increasing awareness of physical, mental, and emotional capabilities in dangerous situations. Empowerment and growing self-confidence are key outcomes for participants.
